RELAx Method

RELAx-Method-mindfulness
The overall goal of RELAx is to expose the effects of stress, and discuss ways we have learned to cope. We all experience stress differently, at every age, and stage of our lives. Our hope is to share a simple practice as a means to reduce, or eliminate, ineffective habits and behaviors that are limiting. Recognize Emotions, Learn Awareness, without judgment.
